How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is free and easy. You must be at least 19 years of age and must live in Canada. Register now for free.

Note: All customer information is manually verified (may take up to 24 hours to verify) and kept confidential on our secure servers. Add our email [email protected] to your safe email address list to prevent important announcements from ending up in your spam folder.

Am I able to cancel, edit or add to my order?

Once your payment has been processed, the order cannot be canceled or edited.

Note: All orders pending payment will be automatically canceled within 24 hours

Bulk order shipping?

To minimize the risk of theft or lost packages, bulk orders will only be shipped Monday – Thursday.

Can I order outside of Canada?

No. We only ship within Canada.

How can I order weed online?

• Check out and pay using Interac e-Transfer.
• You will receive a tracking number for your package once payment is confirmed. Expect your shipment within 2-3 business days.

How do I pay for my order?

Accepted methods of payment: Interac E-transfer and Bitcoin. Follow the easy payment instructions sent with your order summary.

How Do You Fix a Vape Pen Battery?

How To Pay Using Interac E-Transfer?

How to send an E transfer

• Log in to your financial institution’s online or mobile banking and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money.
• Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
• Add or select a contact and fill out the name and e-mail address or mobile phone number of the person you wish to send money to.

Is my package shipped safely to me?

Yes. All orders are vacuum sealed and are shipped using secure and discreet packaging.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No. There is no minimum spend limit.

Is there tax?

Yes. Your province’s applicable tax rate is applied to all orders at checkout.

My tracking information is not updating, what should I do?

Occasionally, as items are processed through our delivery network, certain conditions arise where we are unable to display current or past tracking events. Rest assured that your item is always making progress towards its final destination.

Shipping to Nunavut, Northern Ontario, Quebec and Norway House (MB).

Although we have been successfully shipping  to these region for years other online dispensary’s have reported issues delivering packages. Due to higher % of postal thefts in these regions, we cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

Shipping to PO Boxes or flex delivery addresses?

Purolator does not ship to PO Boxes or flex delivery addresses.

What are the shipping fees you charge?

For orders over $150, after discount, the shipping is free. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $25 will be added at checkout. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.

What time do you start working?

We are in the office processing order Monday – Friday 8:30am PST to 5:30pm PST, Saturday & Sunday from 10am PST to 2pm PST. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What is your return/refund policy?

We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns. We can offer modifications to your order such as adding more items or a change of address if we have not already shipped your package yet. If an item is missing or has malfunctioned then we will send a replacement of equal or greater value.

When does my order ship out?

Orders and payments processed before 12PM PST will be shipped that day. Orders and payments received anytime after 12PM PST will be shipped out the following business day.
